RAAL Ribbon

This tweeter does an amazing disappearing act. It is almost as if there is no tweeter there at all...just a crystal clear window into the sound. This helps create the illusion that the performerse are actually in the space with you.

Magnesium Cones

The Seas W15 woofers in this design feature stiff, low-mass magnesium cones. Thus, they are able to re-create subtle detail in the midrange that other drivers simply can't reproduce. Many customers remark on hearing detail in familiar recordings that they never heard before.

Transmission Line

The Supercharged SongTowers design incorporates transmission line cabinets. These cabinets result in a speaker that excites room modes differently than a standard ported speaker. You can flexibly place these nearer to room boundaries than a standard ported design without issues.

Bass Extension

These transmission line cabinets also allow the woofers to play about 10Hz deeper than they normally would in a ported cabinet. So, even though this design features 5" woofers, they are able to play down to an F3 (-3dB downpoint) of 34Hz.

As you can see in this frequency response plot, the Supercharged SongTower design is extremely accurate with ruler flat response. You will hear the music EXACTLY as it was produced.

Phase Coherent

In addition to flat frequency response, the Supercharged SongTower design is phase coherent in the crossover regions resulting in a speaker that images exceptionally well.
