SoundScape 12 pricingThe SoundScape 12’s are now available in two versions: a "standard" veneered version and a "custom" version which can be done in a virtually unlimited choice of finishes.All versions feature the same cabinet bracing and construction techniques, the same drivers and the same crossovers. So there is no difference in terms of performance between these versions. It is simply a matter of finish.

Bamboo construction
Bamboo is fast becoming a very popular material for
speaker building. It is renewable (a grass), high-mass, inert and VOC free.
It can be veneered or finished in its natural or dyed state.

Sonicap platinum bypass caps
Crossover caps are bypassed with Sonicap platinum
bypass caps. These are extremely fast caps that theoretically speed up
charge/discharge times resulting in greater clarity

Hand-rubbed, high-gloss piano lacquer
finish
(regular high-gloss finish can be applied at no extra

This finishing process is extremely labor intensive.
Speakers are hand-rubbed to a mirror-like finish similar to fine musical
instruments and furniture.

Outboard passive crossovers
The addition of stand-alone cabinets housing the
SoundScape passive crossovers. Includes additional required cabling and binding
posts. Outboard crossover enclosures are normally finished with the same
veneer/woods as the speakers themselves.
Also allows for future
conversion to active crossovers such as DEQX.
