The Absolute Sound Editors’s Choice Award
for the second year running
The SongTowers first earned the magazine’s Editor’s Choice Awards in 2011
after being reviewed by Dick Olsher. This year, we were informed that the
model would be included in awards again. the SongTowers just keep on
performing.
SongTowers reviewed in The Absolute Sound
Venerable reviewer Dick Olsher published his review of the SongTowers coupled
with Frank Van Alstine’s new UltraValve tube amp. Dick call the combination, “the most
musical dollars you will likely spend in a lifetime of consumption.” Read his review in the

Veracity HT1-TL’s reviewed
Tom Lyle of enjoythemusic.com lived with the HT1-TL’s for a few months and recently
published his review.

1801-TL design introduced
When we finished the HT1-TL design, we realized that the Ellis 1801 used the very same
W18 and would work in the same cabinet. It was a no-brainer. The resulting 1801-TL is
the same basic design as the HT1-TL, but with the Hiquphon OW1 tweeter.

SongTowers earn top scores in Audioholics
$1500-$2000 Floor standing Speaker Shootout 2009.
Tom Andry concludes the write up, "If I were shopping for speakers, I'd take a look at this
shootout and read carefully through the comments. I'd look at the pictures of the
speakers. I'd think about how my room matches the shootout room. I'd re-read the
original reviews. I'd try to keep in mind my personal sound preferences and view the
descriptors in that light. Most of all, I'd go out there and listen to everything I could. And
then I'd buy the Salks. But that's just me."

HT3's are Iowa DIY 2004 winner
At its very first public showing, the Veracity HT3's earned first place in the
"Unlimited Class" at this annual speaker competition. This was the second
year in a row a Veracity model earned top honors. The previous year, the
Veracity QW's earned the top score awarded.
