Dear Jim: Just to let you know...the speakers arrived in perfect shape. (They are really sharp looking!) I hooked them up and have been listening ever since. They are absolutely incredible!!! While you were designing our speakers, you made the comment that people really have to hear good quality sound before they know what they're missing. That is so true!!! When I heard the first sounds come from the speakers, I actually got tears in my eyes...and so did my husband! You could hear all of the individual instruments coming from "all over the stage" and the clarity and quality, no matter what the range of the vocals, was also astonishing. If you closed your eyes, it was like being right there. I also want to tell you how valuable the setup CD was. I have always been an avid music lover, but am an amateur with technology, sound and how it works. The different musical selections that you provided along with suggestions on what to listen for as you explained the elements of sound and the speaker components further illustrated the quality of your expertise and of the product that I received. (Well, actually, just the basics of where to place the speakers and what to listen for to make sure they were hooked up correctly was a good place for me to start.) What I really wanted you to know, is that I appreciated the
customized service I received, both during the planning and the construction of
the speakers, and the expertise and information you provided along the way.
Mostly, however, I appreciate the unending enjoyment we will get listening to
