July # 3
The Story
 Well,
July was certainly a cherry month! Here's another pair.
Dave Pedalino knew just what he wanted. Ropey cherry,
maple trim, no solid wood front baffles, sonicap upgrade and contour
switch.
Since I still had plenty of really nice ropey cherry on
hand, it was no problem.
In order to increase the contrast between the cherry and
the maple, we left these exposed to light for the week we were finishing the
cabinets. This accelerated the darkening of the cherry.
So it you think these speakers are darker than the
previous two Veracity of the Months, you are no imagining things. They are.
